Writing Center #29

Today experiences was going to the writing cent to start on typing my bibliography on the articles I was given. Well to start off my professor handed out different articles to each and every student in our class. So some students receive one, but others receive two just only because some articles were too short and it was not going to be enough to reach our bibliography requirements. Now that we all had articles we could start writing. When we went to the writing center our professor handed out a paper that gave instructions on how to start off the bibliography. To start the bibliography you had to write the authors last name first and then first name last. Followed by the articles title in quotations. Then the title of the web site where the article came from. Sponsor or publisher. Then date of posting and then date of access, when the reader read the article. This paper was very use full, because I really did not know how to start off the bibliography. We also have to use MLA format. When I was in the writing center I could not get started because I never wrote a bibliography before in high school.

Annotated Bibliography example #27

In today's assignment we jumped into our next assignment. We received the next articles that we are going to write an bibliography on the author. In the bibliography we have to use MLA format like we have done in the past with our other assignments. Well our teacher gave us an example on an article almost the same as the one she gave us. This article was about an author who was just talking out of term. The article was called "A hard case of cyberbulling making bad law." This article was about a young girl who was getting harass by another person that was 43 posing to be a young girl on the Internet. This young girl committed suicide from all the harassment. On the article some people wanted to pass the law of cyberbulling. To the people who were harassing on the Internet. This little girl took her life just because some one on the Internet wanted to harass her. That is not right they should pass a law on this. The person that is harassing some one that commits suicide so be but in jail. It is almost the same as them murdering the person. At the end of that article was another printed paper that talked about the author. And what other articles they wrote.

What does Thanksgiving mean to me? #26

Well the real meaning of thanksgiving is right in the word thanks and giving. You thank your family for always being there for you. No matter what situation you are in. Family will always be by your side through thick and thin. Those kind of family members are someone whom really loves you with all their heart. They will walk a mile to make you happy. Another thing to be thankful is being able to eat the good food that the family was able to buy for thanksgiving. A lot of family's do not have enough money to buy the good food to eat on thanksgiving and sometimes family do not have any money to buy a warm dinner to eat on this holiday. You can also thank your teacher for taking time out of there life to go to school and teach. Your teachers are people who really want other students to become some one better in life. Thanksgiving is a holiday when your whole family gets together and have a big dinner in one big house and talk about the old day and how much fun they had and how much trouble they would get into when they were younger.

The second word of thanksgiving was giving. You get a warm feeling in your heart when you give some one in need help. Some people go out there own ways to help others. They give a hand to some one in need. Like making food drives to help people whom do not have a home and whom do not have nothing to eat on thanksgiving holiday. A lot of company's also do food drives to help around in there neighborhoods. Giving out to your community will make a differences in there own personal life. My mom always told me "What you give is what you receive" This means if you help other people when they are in need. Some one will always be there to help you when your are also in need. The smallest thing you give means a lot to other people who do not have any thing to to eat. Some people do not have a roof on top of there head or sometimes people might not have family members to celebrate this one holiday out of the year. Giving is a very strong word that means a lot all around the world whom is struggling in life.

Presentation #22

Today two teams where suppose to present, well at least we were suppose to. If I am not mistaking it was raining hard this day. And not everyone showed up especially the team that were assigned to present the articles. So our professor move the presentation to our next meet class. Now that our class met again one team was able to present the articles that were assign to that team, but the other team was not prepared to present any of these articles.

Well the one article that really interest me was "Facebook and Divorce: Airing your dirty laundry" This article was about a couple that were going to divorce and his lawyer had a lot of weight on his wife that was found on Myspace. The article was very interesting and it cough my eye. When this lady Tammie's husband wanted to divorce her (his wife) she went and got on his Myspace and wrote mean comments about her husband (but so to be ex-husband). So now that he has a lawyer he can now use all the stuff she has posted onto her Myspace. On her Myspace they found out that she has posted that she was single and had no kids. But the truth is she had a husband name Patrick and was a mother to her kids. This article mostly states the falls facts that people post on Myspace and expose to the public. All of these falls facts are being used now in court by couples that are being divorce.

The other article that was read in class was "How safe is Myspace?" This article is about a 14 year old girl who went out on a date with a guy who posted to be a senior in high school that said he was 19 years old. They had decided to go out together for the first time since they had never seen each other before and hang out at the movies and bond in other activities. This young girl sued Myspace for failing to protect underage users from online predators. I do not think it is Myspace fault that this happened to this young girl. This young girl should not had lied about her age in the first place. And plus you should know better that you do not even know the other person on the other side of the computer. Who knows who that person could be it could be a real teenager to a sex predator. Myspace is not safe for little kids whom lie about their age.

Reflecting on writing assignment #23

In today's class we created a thesis and a draft plan for our essay. We also learned how to MLA our paper. The first thing is to set the margins to one inch. Then we had to add numbers on our pages. Before the page number we had to type our last name. The heading had an pacific way Mrs. Crawford want it. The first line was our name, followed by the class name and number, then professor Crawford, and finally the date. After we were finish with the heading, the whole class had to come up with an unique title for our essay. My essay title was I picked this title because it was showing that Myspace was more easy to use. I think that Myspace is mostly used by teenagers and Facebook is used by older adults. Myspace is used by teenagers looking for friends they attend school with and other young people. Facebook is usually used by older adults that have lost in touch with friends in their younger days, or with family members. I have already wrote my outline in my writing appointment. All I have to do now is start my rough draft. I really did not know how to make my paper into a MLA format. Now that I learn how to format it. It will be easier for me now.

Writing Center #25

Today at the writing center we had to have done a rough draft printed out. But since I did not have a draft done at this time. I was going to start outlining a draft. Now that we were in the writing center I would be able to set an appointment since there was some conclusions that students have made.

Comparison / Contrast #20

In today's experiences we had to get with another team member in our group and focus on the content of our essay. We had to complete a worksheet that was given to us by our professor. The worksheet was showing us how our essay was going to be scored. It could be between two options, point-by-point or whole-to-whole. My essay was going to be scored point-by-point just because they way my outline looked when I wrote it. I really did not know which way to score my essay was the best way. When I wrote my outline I had an introduction, a body which had four paragraph in the middle and my concluding paragraph. I'm guessing that the way our outline looks will determine which way your essay will be scored. So now that I know how my contrast essay will look. I now know what my score might look. Only as long I have everything that is require to be on my essay. Well some things that has to be on our essay was MLA format, one inch margins and the heading on the top left hand corner. Our paper needs to have a lot of details to make your paragraph come alive. The more detail the paper has the more the reader will be interested in.

Body Image Videos & Articles #18

The first youtube video was "Dove Evolution". This video was about one girl that was not so good looking. Who enter a makeup studio that transformer into a model looking person. When the video is being fast forward, the makeup artiest is adding all kinds of makeup to cover her dark spots on her face. As time pass the hair stylish adds hair onto her head. Now that the lady has longer hair they start curling it. Once the lady is finish being transformed the photographer starts taking glamor shots of her. And finally picks the one they want to use. Since she had more of a model look they just have to add a little more detail to make her look more nice. The photographer now crops her picture. They make her neck more high, shapes her shoulder in and just add more finish touches to really make her looks like she was really a model and display her on the billboard. When the model is done with all the touch ups he pictures are posted on a bulletin in some streets. At the end of the video it says "No wonder our perception of beauty is distorted".


The second video was "Dove Onslaught". The video was almost the same as the other one. The only differences was that the model was going backwards in time. This video shows how they turned a big guy into a skinny model. When the camera rewinds they show him smoking drinking and eating all kinds of food. As time goes by the models face becomes more larger than what it was at the beginning. When the video gets to the middle point the model is now larger and looks very different from the start. The people in the back ground are surrounding all around him with different kinds of food and all kinds of drinks. They are feeding him a lot of food and all kinds of sodas, tea, and water. As time passes the model gets fat and the camera people crops him. In the picture the model is getting larger and larger. The crop picture is being stretch and making him wider. At the end of the video the editor crops his face and puts him back to how he really looks. And it says "Thank God our perception of real like is distorted." "No one wants to look at ugly people."

Myspace & Facebook Articles #17

In today's articles I learned that people can scan you on facebook. You have to be really careful what you post online about yourself. A lot of college admissions officers are looking at students profiles to determine if they fit into the company's requirements. You never know who might be looking at your profile at any time. Mrs. Crawford told the class about on situation a lady had. This one lady was somebody big in a company, but the only this was that she also would go to a night club in a small town where everybody knew everyone. Well this lady would get drunk and get crazy at the one little club. So after the night was over she would go back to work and post a mood that she still had a hang over from the night before. Well some one in the company found out about her myspace/facebook status and called her into their office and asked her about it. When you do stuff like this, it will get around to your boss. You can even lose your job with a simple lie that you have posted up on myspace/facebook. It is better to keep all personal feelings to your self and never post a picture which might have a bad effect on you in the long run. A lot of people might get your pictures and print them out and could pass them around to show every one who you are when you are not at work or school.

The second articles was "Does Facebook impact on grades?" Some studies were done University's and the out come was that seventy-nine percent of students said that Facebook did not have an impact on their grades. But it did show that sixty-five percent of Facebook members go check their account at least once a day. Well it all depends on the person whom has a Facebook account weather if their grades drop low. If they spend more time online chatting with friends, the time will fly by and by the time you know it will be to late and you will never finish your work. That may be one of the reasons why students have lower their school grades. There is always time to chat with friends after you finish with your school work. A lot of members say that they spend hours on Facebook chatting with friends.

Pandora and LastFM #16

Okay today in class we went to the computer lab to get into Pandora and LastFM. I never hear of this before, until my teacher Mrs. Crawford showed us how this radio station was used. Pandora and LastFM is some kind of radio station that has different kind of music people would like to listen to. It's almost like an online DJ. No matter where you go, this website will be available for you to use. It is also free to use. All you have to do is just register to create your own account.

Pandora was kind of difficult to use for me because you have to follow different steps just to get started. I never use this kind of website. Using this, it will search other artist or similar songs. Or if you are just looking for one specific song that you really like and would like to add it to your online radio station. All you have to do is just enter the song or artist in the box provide and it will search all that applys or similer to it. I really didn't like Pandora only because I did not know how to use it and plus I usually do not log into websites like this searching for songs. I rather just stick to my iPod. Another website we looked at was LastFM. Just by the website name you can tell that it is going to have something to do with songs. This one was alright. I think it was easier than Pandora. Only because there was not that many steps to follow. LastFM also requires you to register to get an account just like Pandora.

Both Pandora and LastFM have videos you can view of the songs that your pick. These two websites are almost alike because they both are just like a DJ that have all kinds of song. LastFM is much more easy. Rather than Pandora, Pandora has all kinds of step to get different song. If I would have to pick between these two links I would most likly pick LastFM just only because it is much easier and I would be able to find what I am looking for.

Tutoring Session #15

This tutoring session was my second one. In this tutoring session the tutor help me design an outline for my descriptive essay. He typed out the way an outline should look like. But since I really did not have much written down I had to make up things along the way. What I like about my tutor was that he made my paper come alive. He also added his own ideas that I would of never thought of. My descriptive essay was kind of hard to start off. I did not know where to begin or how my essay will end up when I was finish with it.

I wish I could of had wrote more on my paper so that the tutor could understand what my essay was about and so that he could of edited my essay more so that I could of use up more time. But since I did not have a clean draft, I had to start from scratch. What hold me back was that I did not take a fresh clean draft to the writing center. If I did go better prepare, I would of got better feedback and I would of use my time wisely instead of making an outline in which I spend all my tutoring session getting an outline. It was mostly my fault because I got held back on my assignment. In which I couldn't afford to do again on my next assignment.

Next time I have an appointment I'm going to have a clean draft so I could receive better feedback from the tutor. Rather than starting from the beginning like I did on the last essay. The tutor that I had was really lost on my paper. So I decided to start over again. When I was writing my paper I did not put everything in the right order and organize the way it was suppose to be. But my tutor was a lot of help towards my paper. Instead of using my method he used the same method he used on other students that had came in before me.

Commenting others blogs #14

Today in class we headed out to the writing center, to log into our class blog page. In today's assignment the whole class had to read at least two previously written blog that two of our classmates had wrote and leave a comment. No matter if the blog was good or bad. The comment had to be at least no less than one hundred word long. I felt that we should of not comment on other peoples blog because what would they think? You might of wrote something and they would of taken it the wrong. I only comment on one blog. This blog was written to describe how to write an descriptive essay step by step. The person that wrote the blog knew exactly what they were talking about. And explained every thing in details. Just by following there steps I had no problem writing my essay. I rather read other peoples blogs to see how they really think and how to follow steps they give. I really did not want anybody to leave comments my blogs because I did not know if they understand where I am coming from, or what I was writing. But either way I didn't get any comments.

Descriptive Essay timeline #13

Reflecting on today's experience. Today in class everyone had to get into groups of two. I had to move to another team because our team had an odd number of team player. So I ended up with team determinator. We had to come up with a timeline for the vlog we choose. This is going to be very helpful in my descriptive essay, only because it will help me break down the video into different parts. Most timeline show what happens first, middle, the end and in between. Timelines are very useful if your trying to get every detail of the story.

To start off the beginning of your paper you really need to add the time and date the vlog was made, and the people staring in it, and where the video was being made. The best way to write your paper is using your five senses, what is being heard, emotions are being showed, objects are being touch, if theirs an oder in the scene, and maybe taste, if the person is make something or they are just tasting something. Using these methods will really help you get your detail out to your readers. The middle of your essay should just be your body. Your body should have at least three to four paragraph. This part of your essay is where you discuss all the details from start to finish and include the five senses in each paragraph. Your ending should just be the last minute of the vlog getting everything the person talked about and summarize the whole video. You should never add any new details into your conclusion because it will just throw your reader off track.

This assignment was very helpful because I really didn't know where to start off. After the teacher explain to the whole class the assignment, it was understandable how to organize the essay. In the descriptive essay all we have to write is how the vlog starts off, the middle and the end and some what in between. What this timeline help me with is how to put every details in order from start to finish. It also help me put all my ideas into a form of an essay.

My first vlog #12

Okay so we got another assignment that needs to be done. This time its we are going to write about your first vlog. Wondering what a vlog is? Well a vlog is basically a video of yourself introduce into the cyber world. Which means everyone can and will view it on the Internet. Now you can visit YouTube.com and just type in my first vlogs, and all of "my first vlog" will appear. YouTube is just a network where all kinds of people make videos of them self. Most people usually don't know what to make their video about. They often say it's hard to figure out what to talk about or what to do. A vlog is basically you talking into a camera make believing it's a person or maybe one of your friends. Some times it is also hard for someone to make a vlog because they are very shy and really they don't like talking to there self into a camera. Now let me describe the vlog I'm going to write about. The vlog I chose was named My first vlog by "Supermac18" At the beginning of his vlog he is just being a random crazy and dorky kid in his room jumping all over the place. Then the next seen was that he went into his sister room to annoy her and to jump into her bed to while she was asleep which scared her, and he him self got scared because she had no idea about this and woke her up, and then said "it was funny" but then said "she went back to sleep and realize she is going to hit me once she wakes up and hard" Well then he decides that he is going out to buy something to eat just because his parents didn't let him go. So he decides to go in his parents car. And the song he put while driving his parents car was "Shut up and drive" by Rihanna. His parents car was a silver convertible. On the way to the store he passes a stop sign. Well now I'm going to add the link at the bottom because I don't want to spoil the end. Reflecting on blog 3 #10

The difference between the third blog and the email etiquette essay is that we are now writing another fake email but this time to our instructor complaining about our grade and requesting reconsideration. This email has to be written in times roman numeral 12 using a memo format. In the etiquette essay we have to us first and third person other than pronoun shifting such as you or your.. In stead of saying I believe just say what you believe. Using text for text messaging not approve by my instructor, nor is slang such as language often used as street language. This email etiquette has to consider your audience, needs to be at least two to three well developed paragraphs long. We also have to include CC or BCC. In a fully developed body paragraph the discussion section should explain why the grade should be reconsidered and try to stay away from emotional appeals. Writing the conclusion you should never add new information because it will throw off the reader.

Rather in blog 3 we were only writing to a friend but it was about the same thing,but in this email all we had to write was about the bad test grade we had receive. We had to just type out our fake email to a friend with out all the considers like in the email etiquette. It was so much easier. But it did not look much interesting for a reader to read. I think that the reader will just act like they liked it but really they thought it was just an email that their friend wrote just complying about the bad grade they had got on there test. The email probably does not have right grammar such as language or its had too many run on sentences that doesn't ever end.

eHarmony and Getting back into it #8

Does eHarmony really against gays? In a way I think so just only because its has only two choices, "man seeking woman" and "woman seeking man" on the first page of the web site. They also believe that gays are some kind of different species. In this case people like them have made their own web sites that allow them the right to seek the same sex. Such as match.com, true.com, and even personals.com. I do think that eHarmony is against gay. On eHarmony they try to match people up for marriage. Same sex marriage is illegal at this time, so that's why eHarmony does not allow people to seek the same sex on there web site. In this articles it was say that it was best to ignore them completely. Just because they could not understand these exotic and curious people. This is being completely against gays and there relationships.

The article getting back into it is just taking about how people go back into dating and relationship in which they go looking for another spouse after being a widowed or divorced for some time. Match.com is one of the many that allow new-wave method for people that are in search for another spouse. When people like this try to seek for a new spouse the old rule falls into place. This old rule is when someone waits certain number of years to seek again that's when fewer people you find attractive in your age groups falls into action. There are more and more baby boomers that have hooked up these days than years ago. Most people say it's hard to get used to another person after being married for years with the same spouse. A lot of new boomers get tested for AIDS and HIV just for the safety for there lives. When using an different method in meeting other singles always keep an open mind of your surroundings.

Email Etiquette essay #7

We are now going to write our first essay assignment. This email will be to our teacher about a grade that we receive that was not to good grade. In today's discussion Mrs. Crawford explain to us what the letters CC and BCC meant when they showed up at the top of our email. I never knew what they meant that's why I never used it in my emails. I was surprise to know what they stood for. Not only that Mrs. Crawford gave us an example on it. Such as boy name Joe wrote an email to a guy that does not leave his girlfriend alone. It is crazy how technology can be used like this now. You can send the same email to both Joe and his girlfriend and then send it to your girlfriend. But at the same time neither Joe or his girlfriend will know you did this.
Today most of us had to read out loud and ask questions that we did not understand about what we just read. The thing that is going to be hard for me is getting started and writing a long email to Mrs. Crawford convincing her to change my grade that i receive in her class. In high school I never had to write this kind of letter. Just because the grade I received was the grade I had to stay with no buts about it, told by my high school teachers. But other than that Mrs. Crawford broke down the steps to helping us improve our writing skills. The way she broke down the steps on writing this essay would help us a lot in the future with our other essay. We were also told that a paragraph is only six sentences long. Just the though about it, it does not seem long. We have to get into detail about the subject we are writing about. Don't just say the house is blue. Go into detail about it. You can say the only blue house on the right on Moselle street. When you go into detail the reader will have an image in their head that would be interested what the writer is going to say next.

Second articles #6

In today's discussion the first article asked, If phones were okay in class? It was proven that fiddling with your phone in class was not a distraction from homework. It was only the homework that was being done. It was also used as a graphing calculator or a alarm that notifies the student when the bus arrives. This device is not only used just for phone calls it is also used to take ideas and make money from it. They also said that Mississippi State University was going to introduce this program to the college course with new classes in iPhone internship. In which drew students into business and non-computer fields. And even English major may have a spot in it. Apple is not involved in any of this, except in Stanford who is being tough by two employees that will be lecturing. I don't have any problems with having phone in class as long as you use them the right way. If your teacher ask to take out your phone there shouldn't be any problem.



The other article was about if schools should be wired to the internet. The school should be wired to the internet because it the children have more access to the internet the more the child will learn how to us it. Rather than paying all this money later on and being tough how to use the computer. Students who use computers and the internet in class will perform much better on test in there basic skills. And will turn in more homework and final projects. In a way having a computer and being able to surf the web is a bad idea not only because of the bad ideas they can pick up but also too much time at night getting into other web sites that are not approve by the parent. And by the time they get off it will be past there bed time, which my cause a problem the next morning. By not waking up for school.

First two articles #5

In today's articles it was said that writing and technology is being used in Purdue University. This technology program is to help struggling students be for it's to late. This university is using a online "signal" that warns students that there grades are low and that they need to do something about it. This technology is used like a traffic light. In which a red light means you have a low or faltering grades, yellow light students are in the middle, and green well everyone knows what that means, the student is doing very well. The students are being encourage to be at the top of the pack. About 11,000 undergraduates will soon be using this signals system. The stoplight will take action in the first few weeks of the semester, said by Wilson Head. Students were saying that it will help a lot more since their classes are so large and that they won't be left out all year. I really think that they should use this method in community colleges. In which we don't have to pay back the money we used to take those classes.

The second article was about how texting interfere with the social world. It was said that texting was vandals the way people were speaking in their every day conversation. It was also said that texting was sad shorthand which masks dyslexia, poor spelling and laziness in a person. People abbreviation is used mostly when the notes are to long or when they want to say a lot just in one text. But some people do really need to abbreviate their words. Only just because the notes are too long and it all needs to be written down all once. As long as your not writing them in an important paper and over looked by experts. If you abbreviate in texting its okay. Well that's my opinion and my point of view. But every one has there own opinion about texting in abbreviation. As long as you understand what the person is saying its all good.

Reflectting on today's discussion #4

Today's discussion Ms. Crawford showed and explain the syllabus for her English class. The syllabus is used to keep tract of all our assignments during this semester. We were told that we are going to have at least one blog every day. And that it will be due in the evening of that same day. Ms. Crawford also showed us how our grades will be earned in her class. There is a total of 1045 points that is available to receive, but you will only need 900 points to get an A in here class. Each section is graded differently. There is also a 45 point leeway. This is not being late to class or makeup work will not be accepted. We are also going to write an essay on some articles that were assigned to us. We also went over how to find our files and links. All we had to go is into our PAL account. After we log in, we just click on My Courses tap and click on files and all of our files will pop up. Or just click on links to receive the links that were posted on YouTube or on all other kinds of links. Any announcements that are needed to be announce will be shown in the announcements box just as you link into your account. If Ms. Crawford has anything imported to say she will write it in this box. Another discussion that Ms. Crawford discus is how to find everybody in our class and how to add them to your blogger. All you needed to do was sign in to your blogger account and look for her page. Just to the right were all the groups and the students that belong to that group. My group also discuss on what assignments needed to be done by Wednesday. Which was all four blogs and to be able to get start on the articles.

What is your writing process? #2

My writing process depends on what I'm writing about and how long or short it has to be. The longer the paper has to be the more time I will spend on it trying to figure out how much detail I have to inter and what the topic is mainly about. If the paper only has to be a few pages it will not take me as much time as if I was doing a longer page. The more detail I put in the longer my paper will be and most readers like to have an image to view of what the writer is talking about. The only thing that gets me is getting started on the topic. The topic needs to be interesting and have a real meaning to it. I need to know where I am going with it. A lot of readers get bored on the first sentence or gets to the point where they were just not interested in what the writer was trying to say.



Just to get started on my writing I need to know what I am suppose to write about. All I just need to do is brain storm. When I brain storm I get the topic and place it in the middle. I just throw in different ideas and add them around. It's more like a web chart. After that all I have to do is figure out what idea needs to start off the paper. And once I got all the ideas and information I need I just start writing my long or short paper.

My bad test grade #3

Dear Nathaly,


Today was the worse day ever at school. I had a test today in Mrs. Star math class and boy did I failed it with an D. I study longer than usual. I even called my friend Buck over to help me with some of the questions I did not understand. While the teacher was showing us how to solve the problem I was stuck on the beginning of the problem. I just did not know how to start off the problem. So now that I have Buck to help me I would understand what I was doing wrong. All this time I knew what I was doing, but the teacher was teaching a different way to solve it. I had every thing going as plan. At the last minute I don't know what went wrong. I'm guessing I was to anxious about taking the test and rush my way through it. Almost all the questions where different. I try not to guess on any of the questions. I just did my best and solved them the way I was tough by Buck. The sad part is that we were not able to retest. Mrs. Star told us this part just after we started the math finial exam. If I only knew a little bit sooner or the day before that there was no retesting I would of took my time and read over the questions and remembered how to solve them the way I was tough by my teacher. What am I suppose to do? This was a finial exam grade and it is going on my report card. My mom is going to kill me if she sees the D I received on my finial exam. Do you know what she's is going to do to me? Well let's just say I will not be seeing you over the weekend. Oh my god I'm so mad right now to the point where I just want to get out of Mrs. Stars math class. I don't want to have to take this class again over the summer. Technology is used in every day life. No matter where you go there will always be some kind of technology being used. Technology is used all around the world such as cell phones, computers, video games, and TV. I use my cell phone to send and receive messages, phone a friend or family member. Technology can be a simple ipod. The ipod is used to hold songs and is move able any where you go.Computer can be used many ways. You can search items, locations, addresses and even phone numbers. You can research almost anything you imagine. i think technology is a great way to experience life. It has helped me encounter many items and websites. I know everyone is familiar with my space that's just one of the fast growing friends sites. Technology has also came out with fantastic ideas such as hair straighteners this device is used to make your hair straight but not only straight also stylish you can create a new style every time. Video games are also a source of technology. In each item of technology it has there own way of life. Another object is a camera. This item is mostly used to take pictures of the most important memories in your life. Such as weddings, parties, vacations and even just pictures when you were younger. A simple pen and pencil is also technology. This device would be used to make other useful items some where along the road to the future. That would make the world much easier through out time.
